Controversial influencer and former kickboxing world champion, Andrew Tate, is set to make his long-awaited boxing debut on December 20 in Dubai, where he will face Misfits Heavyweight Champion, Chase DeMoor.
The bout will headline the Misfits 23 card at the Coca-Cola Arena, the same venue that hosted Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s exhibition match against Deji in 2022.
Tate, 38, a four-time world kickboxing champion with a professional record of 76 wins and 9 losses, will be stepping into the boxing ring professionally for the first time — and directly for a title shot.
His opponent, Chase DeMoor, 29, is an actor-turned-boxer and the reigning Misfits heavyweight champion. DeMoor has been active in the ring this year, fighting five times and holding a record of 8 wins from 14 fights, remaining unbeaten for the past two years.
Fans had speculated that Tate’s debut opponent would be former UFC fighter Darren Till, who had been calling him out for months. However, reports suggest Tate turned down the potential matchup to go straight for the Misfits heavyweight title.
The Misfits promotion, co-founded by social media star KSI and music executive Mams Taylor, has teased the December 20 card as “The Fight Before Christmas,” promising an explosive end to their 2025 season.
