Often considered by many as one of the best young talents in the country, Chukeuemeka Chigemezu Christopher is burning with the zeal to be a shining star in Europe.
Born in Lagos State, on March 12, 2003, the 20 year-old moved to an amateur club in ogun State called Olisa FC. He has moved back to Lagos as he is now with Great Success FC in Ejigbo Local Government Area of the state.
Armed with quick pace, strength and the ability to attack from anywhere on the pitch in his opponents half, the lad has been able to keep attacking players in his team on their toes.
Chigemezu in action
A coach of a Nigerian club who didn’t want his named mentioned told The Columnist NG that: ‘’having someone like him in my team would help keep other players in check. As you can see at Great Success, every forward gives his 100% knowing full well that that boy, Chigemezu can take their positions if they don’t give their best.’’
Standing at six feet tall and weighing 75kg, he has the physical presence to intimidate his opponents in the 18 yard area.
He dreams of representing the Super Eagles of Nigeria at the highest levels and also play for a top club in Europe in the near future.
