The nationwide president of Igala Youths, Prince Enema Momoh, has congratulated the new Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Emmanuel A. Ogalla, on his appointment.
This is even as he reinstated confidence in the ability of Rear Admiral Ogalla to live up to the demand of his office.
While speaking with newsmen on Monday, shortly after the announcement was made, Prince Enema extolled the personal and professional qualities of the new Naval Chief.
He said, “The president is making Nigerians proud already. Less than a month after assumption of office, we are beginning to see a positive sign and direction of his government.
“Most striking is his choice of Chief of Naval Staff, Emmanuel Ogalla. He is a distinguished officer, a man of immense character, credibility and excellence.
“I have no doubt that Rear Admiral Ogalla will surpass the expectations of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and indeed Nigerians.
According to Prince Enema, Ogalla’s appointment has proven at once that President Tinubu’s antecedents as recruiter-in-chief is not a child’s play.
“President Tinubu has an Eagle eye and mastery at recruiting competent and credible hands. He’s indeed a man with insatiable appetite for result-oriented leadership. “
While assuring Ogalla of unalloyed supports of Igala people across Nigeria in the discharge of his duties, Enema prayed for a successful tenure.
The Igala youth leader hails from Ogugu local government, bordering Igbo-Eze, where the new Chief of Naval Staff hails from.
