Like a diamond in the rough, Elijah Chinosno Ejike is shining so bright that many football scouts are trying to polish him for greater heights.
Ejike whose state of origin is Imo, was born February 13, 2005. The 18-year-old who was raised in Lagos, the economic hub of West Africa, can be described as a natural talent as many of those who witnessed him growing up have attested to the fact that right from when he was as a kid, he has been a football enthusiast.
He is a very good attacker who can play in any part of the field around the opponent’s 18 yard area. Although his stronger foot is his right one, he is also very good two-footed player. He is upwardly mobile and very aggressive in the penalty area. Some observers have likened him to a young Samuel Eto’o. At a height is 6.2cm and weighing 60kg, Ejike is also good in the air and has scored many headers.
Ejike plied his trade at Heartland Feeders FC, Owerri two years ago. His time at the club helped them remain at the top. While playing for this club, he won the young player of the year award. As a result of his remarkable exploits at his first club, 360 Football Academy took note and signed him last year. He continued his award streak with his new club, as he bagged ‘’the best dedicated player of the year.’’
He is currently with Great Success Football Academy and has continued from where he stopped.
On the field of play, he has a very good communication skill. His previous handlers have spoken highly of how he is able to communicate effectively with his teammates: one of the features that makes him stand out from many other young players.
