Matthew Obioma, popularly known as ‘Alhaji Obioma,’ a business man in the oil and gas sector and a politician, has called on Nigerians from all walks of life and ethnic background to support Atiku Abubakar for president.
Obioma who was born and raised in Adamawa State is originally from Abia State.
In an interview with The Columnist Ng, he said ‘’Nigerians should vote for Atiku because at this point in time we need a unifier and he (Atiku) of all the presidential candidates, is the only person who has what it takes to unify us.’’
When asked about Peter Obi’s popularity and what he thinks about the support he is getting, the business man who is a staunch supporter of Atiku said ‘’for me, Peter Obi is a Nigerian and has the right to contest for election, but only Atiku can defeat the APC at this point: he has done well for himself both in private and public service.
‘’My message to fellow Nigerians is to come out en masse and support Atiku Abubakar to recover Nigeria,’’ he said.
