The Super Eagles of Nigeria will be playing against the Elephants of Ivory Coast in the final of the ongoing African Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Abidjan on Sunday.
Nigeria made it to the final by defeating Bafana Bafana of South Africa via penalty shootout after a thrilling 90 minutes and extra time.
For Ivory Coast, Sebastien Haller was the hero with the only goal of the game as the hosts beat the Democratic Republic of Congo 1-0 to win through to the final on Wednesday.
The Ivorians will face Nigeria at the same venue on Sunday to decide who takes the title.
The two-time champions are the first host country to reach the final of the competition since Egypt in 2006, and the turnaround is absolutely remarkable for a team that was on the brink of elimination in the group stage.
